Hey, I'm Tom.

I've always enjoyed solving problems and making technology easier to use. Through TomExt, I help individuals, small businesses and local organisations with straightforward IT support—whether that's fixing an issue, setting up a new device or working out the best way forward.

Alongside TomExt, I work as a Senior IT Technician in local government, supporting more than 200 users across several sites. It's practical, hands-on experience that helps me keep things clear, calm and jargon-free.

I also provide aerial photography and video across Northamptonshire. I like being able to combine the technical and creative sides of what I do, from getting someone's laptop working properly to showing a property or project from the air.
